Overview
The Remaining Relative visa is a permanent visa for people whose only close family members live in Australia. There are two versions:
- Subclass 115 (apply outside Australia)
- Subclass 835 (apply in Australia)
These visas are part of the Other Family category and are subject to capping and queueing.
