Consultation bookings
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. A booking may be moved subject to consultant availability and the terms confirmed at the time of payment.
Work already performed
Fees covering a completed consultation, assessment, document review or other work already delivered are generally not refundable.
Services not yet started
A written cancellation request for work that has not started will be reviewed against the signed service terms, payment method and any committed third-party costs.
Government and third-party fees
Government charges, biometrics, medical, translation, courier and other third-party fees are governed by the relevant provider and are not controlled by Mubeen Migration.
How to request a review
Email enquiries@mubeenmigration.com with your name, invoice or booking reference, payment date and reason for the request. We will review the service record and respond in writing.
